Nigrerian sensation Shallipopi has just unveiled his very own record label, Plutomania, and already has the music industry buzzing.
The artist, best known for his viral TikTok hit Elon Musk, is now making headlines for launching his label and welcoming two promising talents, Zerrydl and Tega Boi Dc, into the Plutomania family.
Shallipopi, whose real name is Crown Uzama, and his artistic alter ego Plutomaniapopi, hails from Edo State, Nigeria. He’s recognised for a unique genre he dubs AfroPluto, which has set him apart in the music landscape. The Afro-Pluto sound has resonated with fans around Nigeria.
Recently, Shallipopi surprised fans with a double treat, dropping Oscroh (Pepperline) and Things on Things on October 13, 2023. These releases showcased his evolving style and were met with different opinions from fans and foes alike.
Shallipopi’s journey extends beyond the studio; he’s made waves with captivating live performances. Notably, he’s graced renowned venues such as the O2 Indigo and the prestigious O2 Arena, sharing the stage with artists like Asake.
